AMH stands for All My Homies. That’s exactly who this company is for—my clients, my years-loyal team members, my authentic connections, and network of support.
I started this because I wanted to work with honest people. Having learned the hard way that trusting people is risky in business, I wanted to work differently, and money is a big part of this.
Over the years, I’ve learned that there isn’t one right price for what my team can do. Some clients are assholes with huge demands, sketchy morals, and disrespect for people that you wouldn’t believe. Their negativity affected my team’s bandwidth. Eventually I had to start increasing my price range and extending timelines to accommodate. This took a toll on me too; watching the team work to the bone for people who couldn’t care less.
Why does this matter to you, a brand? As agencies grow, rich jerks outprice smaller companies with their huge budgets. Then when the small (but definitely worthy) brands can’t afford to hire an agency, they lose out on opportunity and growth. Crushing the little guy is nothing new in business. Not that all big companies are bad, we have partnerships big and small.
I wanted to protect my team and myself. But, I also wanted to see the good guys win. I wanted to see authentic, creative ideas reach their audience and see community-driven projects flourish.
So, it costs more money to be a jerk. I want to bring honesty, authenticity, truth and real conversation back into building partnerships and marketing. Our prices are based on what you need, how we can help, and what you bring to the table—it’s a sliding scale.
