Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect only what we need to reply to you and run this site, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.

Last updated: September 24, 2026

1. Who we are

This policy covers amhventures.com, operated by AMH Ventures ("AMH," "we," "us"). It explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Each brand we operate has its own website and its own privacy policy, which applies when you shop there.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, brand or company name, website, and anything you choose to include in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical data when you visit — such as your browser type, device, approximate location based on IP address, pages viewed, and how you arrived here. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).

We don't knowingly collect sensitive information, and this site isn't directed to children under 13.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to your message and follow up on partnership, consulting or other inquiries.
  • To understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam or misuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We won't add you to a marketing list just because you contacted us.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the site and our business — for example hosting, email and analytics providers — who may only use it to provide services to us.
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
  • A successor, if AMH is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

5. Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the site to work, and may use analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. Where required by law, we'll ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our conversation — typically no more than two years after our last contact — unless we're working together or the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live — including California and other US states with privacy laws, and the EU/UK — you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Object to or limit certain uses, or withdraw consent you've given.
  • Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we don't do either).
  • Not be treated differently for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email admin@amhventures.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
